EXTRA COSTS TO PAY ON THE SPOTS:
Any stay taxes to be applied. Final cleaning of the apartment: Eur 53,00 for the two-rooms unit, Eur 61,00 for the three-rooms I and L, Eur 81,00 for the three rooms I Cormorani and for the three-four rooms villas with two bathrooms.
Possible extra-cost of Eur 53,00, if the kitchen has not been cleaned.
Weekly consumptions compulsory lump-sum of Eur 42,00 per person (starting from 4 years old children) for electricity, water, gas, weekly change of the bed and bath linen (kitchen cloths not available). 0 - 3 years old children do not pay the lump-sum cost.
Bed bath linen and meals are rentable against payment.
Cradle rental for 0 - 3 years old children Eur 35,00 per week (not compulsory). Boat-parking rental and sun-beds, deckchairs, beach-umbrellas rental on the beach booked against availability.
Compulsory deposit of Eur 100,00 for prepaid card valid for purchases within the hotel complex. |

EXTRA COSTS:
Small and quiet adults pets accepted with Extra-cost of Eur 35,00 for final cleaning of the apartment - compulsory notification - prohibited them access to the beach, bar and restaurant. |

INFORMATION:
Reception service, the lifeguard, the take away and slice pizza bar and the restaurant are available from 26/05 to 22/09.
BEGINNING – END OF THE STAY:
in all periods, the minimum duration of the stay is 7 nights. From 26/05 to 14/07 and from 08/09 to 22/09 beginning end of the stay are not restricted to a particular day of the week, while for the other periods the stay has to begin and end on Saturday. The apartments are available from 5 p.m. to 12 p.m of the arrival day and have to be vacated by 10 a.m. of departure day.
The Reception service is available to guests every day from 08.00 to 24.00 - NIGHT PORTER SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
After 24.00, closing reception for check-in practices and accompanying.
Extra cleaning of the apartment (bookable service - linen not included- clean kitchenette not included): apartment "I" - "Acca" - "L" and "Enne" Eur 25.00 - for the 3 rooms "I" and "L" Eur 30.00 - for the 3 rooms "I Cormorants" and for the 4 rooms/3 rooms with two bathrooms Eur 40.00.
THE NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN OR INFANTS, WHO STAY IN THE APARTMENT OR ROOM CAN NOT EXCEED ANY TIME THE MAX. BED AVAILABILITY OF THE ACCOMODATION INDICATED IN THE PRICE LIST. |
