Living room with kitchenette and induction hob, column fridge, sofa-bed (two beds), double bed room plus single bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Indipendent air-conditioner, TV, telephone and safety box. Patio with table and chairs. Distance from the sea 80 - 200 meters. No sea view.
TWO ROOMS APARTMENT CLASSIC "H" ZONE - 5 beds
Living room with kitchenette and induction hob, column fridge, sofa-bed (double bed), double bedroom plus armchair-fold-away-bed, bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Indipendent air-conditioner, TV, telephone and safety box. Patio with table and chairs. Distance from the sea 250 - 350 meters, almost all with sea-view. Two-rooms (4 beds) apartments with facilities for disabled available.

BEGINNING-END, DURATION OF THE STAY
The minimum stay is 7 nights in all periods; from 30/05 to 01/08 and from 29/08 to 26/09, there are no restrictions on the start and end dates of your stay, while from 01/08 to 29/08, rentals start and end on Saturdays.Apartments and rooms will be available from 5 p.m. until midnight on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
THE NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN AND INFANTS STAYING IN THE APARTMENT OR ROOM MAY NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF BEDS INDICATED ON THE PRICE LIST.
Child Only Bed rate (4-12 years old) in apartment € 22,00 per day.
Infant Only Bed rate (0-3 years old) in apartment € 5,00 per day.
THE PRICES INCLUDE
- Overnight stay with daily cleaning service (bed making, bathroom cleaning, apartment floor cleaning, excluding kitchenette and patio, change of towels and bed linen);
- Free use of safe, colour TV, independent air conditioning.
ADDITIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID LOCALLY
- Final cleaning for pets: € 50,00 (adults and quiet pets are allowed, upon request and subject to confirmation of availability by the property, only in apartments - not in hotel rooms - pets are not allowed on the beach, in the swimming pool, bar or restaurant dining room);
- Camping cot rental € 5,00 per day in apartments (not compulsory);
- Boat mooring rental (bookable in advance and subject to availability);
- Supplement for failure to clean the kitchenette € 55,00 (only in apartments).

The reception is available to guests every day from 8 a.m. to midnight from 30 May to 25 September.NO NIGHT PORTER SERVICE. After midnight, the reception desk closes for check-in/check-out procedures and guest assistance.
