"CLASSIC" TWO ROOMS APARTMENT ZONE "H" - 5 beds

Living room with kitchenette and induction hob, column fridge, sofa-bed (double bed), double bedroom plus armchair-foldaway-bed, bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Indipendent air-conditioner, TV, telephone and safety box. Patio with table and chairs. Distance from the sea 250 - 350 meters, almost all with sea-view. Two-rooms (4 beds) apartments with facilities for disabled available.

"CLASSIC" THREE ROOMS APARTMENT ZONE "I" - 7 beds

lLiving room with kitchenette and induction hob, column fridge, sofa-bed (double bed), double bedroom plus single bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Patio with table and chairs. Indipendent air-conditioner (present in the living room only), TV, telephone and safety box. Distance from the sea 100 - 200 meters, no sea-view.

Residence fares - Conditions of stay

BEGINNING-END, DURATION OF THE STAY
The minimum stay is 7 nights in all periods; from 30/05 to 01/08 and from 29/08 to 26/09, there are no restrictions on the start and end dates of your stay, while from 01/08 to 29/08, rentals start and end on Saturdays.

Apartments and rooms will be available from 5 p.m. until midnight on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

THE NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN AND INFANTS STAYING IN THE APARTMENT OR ROOM MAY NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF BEDS INDICATED ON THE PRICE LIST.

Child rate (4-12 years) residence rate in apartment € 20,00 per day.
Infant rate (0-3 years) residence rate in apartment € 5,00 per day.

SERVICES INCLUDED
  • Consumption (electricity, water); kitchen linen not available;
  • Bed linen and towels changed weekly (after a 7-day stay);
  • Final cleaning (excluding kitchen and kitchenette – penalty for not cleaning the kitchen € 55,00).


SUPPLEMENTS
  • € 20,00 per day per person for a third/fourth bed in a two-room apartment, fifth bed on request;
  • € 20,00 per day per person for a fifth/sixth bed in a three-room apartment, seventh bed on request;
  • Camping cot hire € 5,00 per day (0-3 years old – not compulsory);
  • Pets (admitted if adult and quiet, upon request subject to confirmation of availability by the property, only in apartments - not in hotel rooms - not allowed on the beach, in the swimming pool, bar and restaurant dining room) € 50,00 for final cleaning and sanitisation of the apartment (mandatory notification required));
  • Failure to clean the kitchenette € 55,00;
  • Boat mooring rental (bookable in advance and subject to availability);
  • Extra apartment cleaning (service can be booked at Reception – linen not included – kitchenette cleaning not included).


FURTHER INFORMATIONS
Reception service, bar serving pizza and focaccia by the slice, sandwiches and fresh fruit are open from 30/05 to 25/09. Buffet restaurant open from 13/06 to 11/09.

The reception is available to guests every day from 8 a.m. to midnight from 30 May to 25 September.

NO NIGHT PORTER SERVICE. After midnight, the reception desk closes for check-in/check-out procedures and guest assistance.
